Yes, we have a Reception only ticket for Thursday night with access to open Mic, the live show Folksong with Cory Goodrich, and the documentary Reckoning with the Primal Wound. We have a Friday only the includes the movie @Ghostkingdom, and a Saturday only Tickets as well. And, a significant other ticket for Thursday and Friday. the 2+ days of the Summit. We do have a one-day significant other ticket available.
We know everyone in the family is impacted by genetic identity issues. We are offering a significant other track on Friday with a special session just for them. Their ticket includes our Keynote Speaker Panel, hot breakfast buffet, snacks, lunch, and all day drinks, and our Friday closing session. The Significant Other ticket price is $119.
We do NOT offer any refunds for ticket purchases, no exceptions. You may, however, transfer your ticket to another party or donate it and receive a charitable tax receipt.
You may complete your registration online using a credit card. Your registration is not complete until payment is received. We do not accept purchase orders or checks.
There is no limit on the number of summit tickets you can purchase. We do not offer a discount as we try to keep our price as low as possible to make this one-of-a-kind event affordable to anyone who wishes to attend. During the early-bird special, you may only purchase two tickets (and a one-day significant other ticket).
We will work closely with local health officials to assess the local climate and determine whether masking will be required closer to the event day. At this time, masks are not required.
We have an early bird special with 100 tickets for $279.00. The regular ticket price is $319.00. Tickets purchased in 2023 will cost $399.00.
Friday and Saturday we have small room set aside from 11:00am to 5:00pm each day for anyone who needs a break or a place to unwind. This space is staffed by volunteer therapists who are there for our attendees if needed.
On Friday and Saturday we will start and end each day together. After the keynote speaker(s) each day, we have three sessions with five tracks per session. You must select your choice in advance as space in the classrooms are limited. We end with an all group meeting each day.
Hot breakfast buffets, box lunches, unlimited beverages, and snacks are included with the ticket price. You can indicate on your ticket if you are vegetarian or gluten free.
You can book your reservation now. You will need a credit card to reserve your room, but you will not be immediately charged until 4 days prior to arrival. It is approximately $350 for Thursday and Friday night and $525 for three nights. You may enter your Marriott Bonvoy number with your reservation if you have one.
Some sessions will be recorded live and some have pre-recorded their presentations. The pre-recorded presentations will be similar to the live version without the Q&A. By attending the conference, you give Right to Know (RTK) and the National Association of Adoptees and Parents (NAAP) consent to record, videotape and photograph your image and/or voice to be used for educational purposes and you will receive no compensation for this use. You understand RTK and NAAP will never use your name without your express permission. We cannot guaranetee other attendees will not post your image or name.
This is available for purchase for $119 on the MPE-Education website after the Summit. The price is discounted for conference in person attendees to $19 who will receive an individualized coupon code at the event.
